Spacious and new-fashioned rooms available with great shower, the terrace and all amenities. Easy check-in, very amiable employees. Location really close to good bars and restaurants, and the Plaza de Bolivar for exercise.

The room is reasonably priced. Utensils and a microwave oven are a nice touch. Absolutely perfect location right by nearby restaurants, trendy bars, and cafes, as well as the local shops and restaurants; it's central.

The staff was available 24/7, the location was safe and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The mini apartment was comfy, clean and well thought out. Check in and check out were possible at any time. The washing and drying service was fairly priced. The hotel had great value and offered free wi-fi, 24-hour security, a picnic area/tables, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were super friendly and spoke English. The hotel was stylish, with a rooftop terrace and a lower floor patio. The rooms were well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious. The staff were truly attentive to detail. We would definitely stay here again for one or two nights.

The rooms have a great shower and all amenities. Helpful and excellent staff. Easy check-in. Comfy and decent location, around a 10-15 minute walk from Royal Center Theater. Loved the residential area.

Our stay at Urban Heights was incredible. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was pristine. We also appreciated the reliable wifi and the option to use Netflix. The location in a quiet residential neighborhood was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The bus stop was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor issues such as extra taxes and a confusing check-in form, we highly recommend Urban Heights for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel.
